I have ordered twice from this 7 Eleven store at 506 International Blvd. in Oakland, CA through the UBER Eats app. Items were missing in both orders. The first order, I ordered four cups of Yoplait yogurts, but only received two of them. I got a refund for the missing two after complaining to UBER Eats support. The second order I ordered two steak & cheese tequitos. But I didn’t receive them. In addition, the 30 oz. Cherry Slurpee was watery instead of icee. I wrote a complaint about this second order to UBER Eats support. I thought UBER Eats support is open 24/7. I haven’t gotten a reply yet. So I guess they are closed on weekends. I called the restaurant afterwards. And the worker doesn’t see my order in the system. I was told to order something again, then call the restaurant to add the missing tequitos to the new order (like I’m going to be a sucker to do that again). And I was told to call back Monday morning to speak to the store manager. Don’t order from this 7-Eleven location, everyone!

Unfriendly, rude, crooked staff, will void your receipt to keep cash. Trash littered all around the gas pumps due to no garbage bins. No air circulation in store causing your clothes to smell.

I come to this 7Eleven daily.. morning and night. But Today I decided to drop by to grab some snacks and a flower for my GF. But I dont understand why the clerk kick me out the store and accusing me of stealing from the store before. I am for proof and both the clerk threaten to called the police on me for not leaving the store. I even remove my mask to identify myself so he k know he accuse the wrong g guy. But the older clerk that assume me of stealing still tell me to leave. I’m really disappointed what just happened.
