It primarily caters to plumbers and not general consumers. so if you plan on going there remember you’re going to get cold shoulders from the oversized guy in the front plus the other guys that work there behind the desk and they’re going to give you the run around and million reasons why they cannot help you and why they don’t have the product you’re asking for even though they claim to be a plumbing supplies company.while I was being ignored there, observed that they certainly had a very helpful buddy buddy approach with different plumbers that came in. Stay clear from their insults and ignorance and save yourself the hassle.

THE RUDEST PEOPLE ON THE PLANET. My husband came to ask questions and look for specific parts and 2 of the employees treated him like he was such a nuisance (excuse them because we are paying we are not getting anything for free) and talked to him so rude. I hope that all employees get some training in customer service because they clearly seem like they want the customers to be miserable when they enter their store! WORST EXPERIENCE!
