My first time there and my daughter encouraged me to get the custom fit. Jessica was so helpful. Afterward, she passed me over to Jackie for just the right shoe. First one I tried on was perfect. I tried 2 others, but the first was perfect.I have some issues with one of my feet. So to have them evaluated and have custom made insoles was amazing.Even if you don’t have issues, I would recommend them for their service and inventory!

Line was short and rather quick to be fitted for new shoes and inserts. The gal who did my fitting was very knowledgeable and helpful, the associate finding the correct shoes was super busy but helpful. Took my new shoes for a 4 mile walk yesterday and my feet were very happy at the end of the walk. I did purchase their VIP for the 90 day return no questions asked and discount for the next year. Also, comes with free online shipping. The info from the fitting is all online for future use. My feet are a hard fit and both shoes she brought out fit and felt great!

The team is extremely knowledgeable and really took their time to understand my needs and that of my family. I brought my mother and sister with me who needed extra attention as they are new to running/walking and having shoes fitted to them and the team was extremely patient.
