Everyone is always helpful and attentive. Expert advice given on what works good for the activity you will be participating in. Employees can assess style of running in store. Multiple options given in the size needed with pros and cons for each option. Able to test choices in store. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Nice lady at the front counter got me in for a gait analysis. She grabbed a few different pairs of shoes for me to try on and had me run back and forth to examine the support that each pair gave me and we narrowed it down from there. No pushiness, which I love. I will ONLY shop at this store for running shoes from now on, and I wish I had thought to come here years ago.
