I ordered my food online and they were closed by the time I got there to pick up. Contacted the manager several time and no answer. I ordered second time and they dont see my order. I would recommend elsewhere like Jersey Mike’s stake sandwiche.

Efficient. Volume player serving food very quick. I tried their sandwiches off location years ago and wanted to visit the actual restaurant. Mixed busy seating here on weeknight dinner so be prepared to get cozy with new friends. Like greasy saucy chicken hands and napkins shared amongst strangers which is okay.

Tried this spot for the first time, and the product is as good as advertised. When they claim hand pulled turkey, they mean it. This is not your ave hoagie shop that sounds like snerzy spikes or snubpay, this is probably the best sub sandwich you can get in Pasadena. The combo of good quality bread, hand pulled turkey, fresh veggies, good quality cheese, and mayo, salt pepper, oil and vinegar made for a better than expected lunch. I’m about to be in a food coma and take a nap. Well done Capriotti’s, I will be back.
