The pharmacy is short staffed and does not get stuff done this is very sad I’ve had them for years 12 and will now be going somewhere else it’s not the staffing fault it’s safety and can I get help no has anyone called me back no 12 years and safeway bigwigs in suits are the problem they never have enough employees to cover the register so go to lucky s in ukiah or even walmart costco makes sure you have help out with your grocery shopping.

Perceptions are rarely in stock, deliveries aren’t regular, and communication about when your prescription will be available is inaccurate.Additionally, the level of indifference from the actual pharmacist is astounding. Well what do you want me to do? She asks. I don’t know, let’s start with your job.Same day update: I called pharmacies all over town and found one that had my medication. 5 minutes after I requested my prescription be transferred, the pharmacist calls to tell me that it did come in. She had told me that the next delivery might be Friday. It’s ridiculous, choose any other pharmacy

Personally, I have never had any problems with the Pharmacy. If they dont have something in stock. They give me my prescription back, and lets me know who does have it in stock. Or I can wait until the next day and they will have it for me. The staff has always been friendly to me. They have always called me to tell me my renewals are ready to be picked up. I don’t have to remember to call them in like other Pharmacys. Except for the upper tier drugs. If I have a renewal on them. They always have to get an ok from the doctor. I don’t know why, because I already have a refill on them. But that is no big deal. Because, they always fill them ahead of time.
