The employee (Karina) was working alone and still managed the store perfectly. She apologized for the wait but we didn’t mind at all. We were waiting our turn while the small child in front of us got his ears pierced. I loved how Karina instructed us on the aftercare of the piercings and even recommended which size earring for my youngest since it was her first time. She was soft spoken & gentle with both my girls while piercing their ears. I also watched her sanitize everything! Thank you again Karina!!!
