The Girl who helped me with my shoes inventory questions was awesome. I think her name was Sam.The manager or supervisor with the southern hemispherical accent was excessively rude. She was having a conversation with the check out girl as I walked up to the counter and neither stopped the conversation, like I was an inconvenience to be hurried along. Literally as if I had interrupted their conversation and she wasn’t going to stop speaking across my transaction.Being rude to man doesn’t make you a strong woman, and treating your employees and patrons like they’re less important than your titlist role and things you have to say doesn’t make you a strong leader. Enjoy your mental reality that stops at your nose tip, and I’ll just get my shoes from any of the other million retailers to avoid your stark disregard for kindness and empathy.2 Stars for the floor service girl and a lacking 3 for every other part of the experience.
