They cheat there and take more money than supposed to. I just went there to buy a package of whole weat bread. The guy ask for 4 dollar something. I told him that it is just written 2,09 dollar plus tax. He told me this is for the other kind of bread. I asked him to print the receipt and immediately figured out he was putting something else on it which i didn’t buy. He gave me the money back after i complained. But i will never go there again…CHEATER! !!

Went to this 7/11 today, a women who I assume was Indian, was ringing me up… I bought a few items and chose to use my rewards points. She scanned my app which took away my points, and I told her I’d be right back because I forgot my wallet in the car. I come back less than 15 seconds later and she decides to ring me up again, she scans my app and says she cannot give me the free item OR my points back, she was extremely rude as well about it, do not recommend this 7/11 at all

Travel all over southern California & visit numerous 7-Eleven’s. This location is the only one that I have found that charges for re-fill of ice only (not beverage) in a 7-Eleven prepurchased cup. Terrible customer service. Won’t be returning to that location.
