I called the shop because they were listed as a dealer for some bikes I was looking at purchasing. I got connected with Jack and he was very helpful and professional. Our conversation went to email where Jack sent me all the info I was looking for. They had bikes in stock that were in my budget range. The purchase was smooth and the shop was super helpful at pickup time. Thanks again. Highly Recommended.

What can I say that hasn’t been said already? This is by far the best bike shop in OC. I went here on a recommendation from a friend who purchased a bike from Pro Bike and from the very beginning I was blown away by the staff. I demoed a few bikes and talked with Nico, Matty, and Arin about what I wanted in my bike and they all provided very helpful input. Arin was amazing at figuring out how to get what I wanted at very reasonable prices.Mark (the owner) is a top notch guy as well. He’s helped me personally a couple times and it’s great to see him in there doing the work along side the rest of the crew.I recommend the shop to every person I know looking for a bike. I’m a customer for life.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Wow probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. Arin, their customer service rep, is top notch. Responses within a day (even during the pandemic) to my obnoxious amount of emails and was incredibly helpful with getting my order sorted out. Excellent pricing on bikes also. Cannot recommend them enough!
