Well what can I say. A picture paints a thousand words. Almost rolled the skid steer unloading it from this PJ Trailer. We were forced to weld it on site. Was hoping for maybe some incentive or retribution for this but nothing. Now apparently the people who built the trailer can’t grade wood and there’s a huge knot and the board is split. I asked if they can ship me one and they just say I have to bring it in to cover the warranty. That’s fine and all but it would cost me less money and hassle to have them just ship me a board and I’d do it myself. No sympathy from service regarding the broken hugely dangerous weld. Should have brought it in ok yeah let me just take a whole day off and drive 2 hours away and lose out on a whole day of work.Just disappointed. This shouldn’t happen with a brand new trailer. Won’t be coming back here.
