Waste of my time. I called ahead – about 45 minutes before they closed – and asked if they would be able to repair my iPhone 6 screen before they closed up. He checked the time, asked me when I would be there (I said 10 minutes), and told me to come on by, and that he could fix it and have my repaired phone ready tonight no problem. I rushed out of the house and was there in 10 minutes; when I got there I said “Hi I called a few minutes ago about the iPhone 6,” and in response the man working (presumably the same person I spoke with, since there was only 1 employee there) told me he wouldn’t fix my phone tonight because he was closing soon, and ignored the part about speaking on the phone. I didn’t see a point in arguing with him; I’m not a confrontational person, and I doubt it would’ve changed his mind. He wasn’t apologetic or kind, either. I double checked the phone number I called, and the address just to be certain that I spoke with the same person – all matched up. Seems like he decided to change his mind as I rushed to get there.I will be going elsewhere from now on, and do not recommend anyone to go here. I was lied to (not even sure why), I had my time (and gas) wasted, and the employee was quite rude. I could’ve used this time to find somewhere else to go – I have a flight tomorrow morning and would’ve liked to have a functional phone. Very upset and angry – 1 star.
