Great experience. Sean was so helpful. I haven’t swam since college and he made picking out a new swimsuit, goggles, kickboard, fins, bag and pool buoy so fast and easy. Was intimidated to get back into the pool and this helped a ton! Store was well stocked, clean and bright inside. Had everything I needed!

Purchasing team managers… BEWARE!!!We experienced a 4 week delay. Suits arrived with 2 days left in the season. Owner placed blame on parents for not picking up suits in MI….umm we live in the Bay Area. He charged extra for shipping $9, but never delivered. Nice upcharge. Like I mentioned he asked us to pick up very delayed items at the store. After several calls over the 6 weeks, proposed deadlines were missed over and over again. Even when he said the suits arrived in WC it took 2 weeks for printing about 15 suits. He misspelled our HS name. He did not offer suits for fitting and then tried to shame parents who asked for help with sizing by labeling them ‘freshman parents.’ Very unprofessional.

Is it possible to have zero stars? I ordered and paid for swim parkas ($1400!) in mid-November. It is now mid-January and I haven’t received the parkas yet, and they have given me NO idea when I can expect them. The original shipping date came and went with no communication from our rep, so I emailed, and then again a few days later, then called with no response, and called again a few days later. Finally got a call back from Sean, who sounded very apologetic and went on and on about how I’d received bad customer service, he doesn’t make excuses but they’re having problems with the embroiderer. He promised he’d have the parkas to me in seven days and give me a big discount. Needless to say, I have only heard from Sean once in the week since. I got a text message that said: I am at the mercy of my embroiderer. I just and that’s it. He hasn’t returned phone calls, emails, texts since then. This place is a nightmare. As far as I can tell, I’m out $1400. Our season is over in four weeks and no parkas in sight.NOTE: If at the start of your order process they seem responsive and customer service oriented, believe me they did to me too. Then they go radio silent as soon as you’ve paid them. Check Yelp reviews. I am not the only one who has had this experience! Do not order from them!!
