I saw the guy messing around under my hood while I went for an oil change. Hands all over and around my battery. I complained to the mgr. That I only came for an oil change and the guy working on my car is all around my batttery. The next day my car wouldn’t start.

I called at noon today to schedule an appointment to get two tires replaced on my car. When I called the employee I spoke to said they weren’t taking appointments today. I thought that was weird so I asked if they’d have an opening at 5pm, they said they should it looked open. I arrived to get my tires replaced at 4:53 to find a line at the register, by the time I made it through the line 20 minutes later. Just to find out that they are completely booked up through the night leaving me stranded at their store with a flat tire.

I always come here for my oil change. Reasonable price plus $2.50 per tire for tire rotation. Today they told me it would get done in 90 minutes and they finished in just under that time
