Their coffee and food are absolutely amazing, the staff is super friendly and helpful and it feels like you’re the little coffee shop in Hawaii. I get coffee and breakfast from them maybe once a month and I love it every time.

Terrible experience! One star is being generous. I’ll start by saying in 55 years I’ve never been kicked out of a business before today. Manager was upset that I walked in there 5 minutes before 3pm to order coffee because they had everything clean and was ready to close. As I Ordered and tried to pay she mention they weren’t taking cash as I scrambled to get a card to her she then asked me what was my problem I told her I didn’t have a problem that all I wanted was my coffee she said I threw her the card and I didn’t. After that she says I will no longer serve you and you can get out. I asked to speak to the owner because I own a business and know how hard it is for people to come in through your doors with these crazy times but she Wouldn’t do that and said she was in charge and she wanted me to leave now. To the owner of Kona Loa Coffee and To the Petite white girl “Manager” please learn to treat customers better so you can ensure your doors will stay open for a long long time. Retraining might come in handy here!!!
