If I can give this place 0 stars I would , their customer service is horrendous ! My mom went in there to activate a phone for my younger sister and had already gone in there a day before to ask questions and get everything understood before she went in to activate a phone once she did go in there both females that were working at the front desk were rude and very petty almost as if they did this purposely they locked my sisters account by not asking for the correct pin and tried more than twice but yet denied doing so and kept coming up with excuses and then at one point one female said “ if we try more than once it will lock the account and there’s nothing we can do” which clearly states that she confessed to locking them out and not being able to get my sister a phone to use by the next day since she needs to be In contact with my mom . Overall they lost a very loyal customer to poor customer service not only were they not able to activate the phone they canceled the whole plan that’s how poorly they were treated !): wish I was there to get both of the workers names but only was able to hear my sister explain to me what happen and also my mom !

I’m giving 2 stars only because the wireless rep who helped me when I started new service was extremely helpful and very sweet. Didn’t seem like she knew what to do when switching from another carrier. but now every dang time I have attempted to pay my monthly bill NO ONE IS IN THE STORE AND ITS NOT JUST A FEW MINUTMI AFTER 10AM ITS BEEN PAST 11AM EVERY TIME. it’s happened more than 3 times now. That’s not ok. it’s forcing me to drive out of my way to the other store that’s not in a good location. Very unprofessional, at least show up to put a sign on the dang door… If they need employees shoot I have wireless experience and would love to work there. Definitely wouldn’t have to worry about this happening ALL THE TIME.
