So disappointing. Make sure your taking pictures of how you take your car in. Had my cabin air filters replaced but to do so they had to access it thru the glove compartment, then was told it was broken which is funny cause it was perfectly fine prior to this, and have the nerve to quote me for a replacement. Then was told I had to take it up with a higher ups which at the time were not available. So now my glove compartment is sitting on the floor and they’re telling me that’s how they found it whatA joke! Then I was told good luck with that, great customer service I must say.

No Appointment Needed marketed on website. Drove an hour from Fort Irwin for an oil change only to be told they cannot accommodate if I did not have an appointment. False marketing, a waste of a half tank of gas and two hours of my time. Well done Victorville Motors…..
