I contacted the Pasadena store to research the ability for a product to work with my bike rack and my vehicle. I was referred immediately to the expert on Thule and Yakima. He was very helpful, knew the products, explained my options and availability. I purchased the product over the phone and picked it up a few days later. It works perfectly! The inside store staff were friendly and personable and quick to provide service. Just an overall great experience!

After receiving our stimulus check I was inspired to put a hitch on my car and buy a bike rack so my kids and I could get out more and take our bikes to the beach. I really had no idea where to begin with getting everything done, at a good price. After several days of research I decided Rack Attack was the place. They even asked another shop in Colorado to send the exact rack I wanted, which is completely sold out everywhere I looked for it. The entire experience was wonderful from the friendly, very hard-working staff, to the reasonable prices. Pasadena is not a place I usually venture out to because I live in South Orange County, but it was so worth it, highly recommend!
