This is my favorite Rip (perhaps a bit of bias because it’s the first one I ever visited) and was my favorite store, period, when I lived in the area. It features ample parking, a large but oddy cozy-feeling size, and a great selection of the stuff I care about (women’s travel clothes, Vibram FiveFingers, knives/multitools, and camping accessories). Most of the stuff is pricey, but the merchandise is from high quality brands and the store’s return policy is the most forgiving I’ve ever seen. Considering what you get for a lifetime membership, the $20 signup fee is negligible. You won’t find better customer service or more knowledgeable/passionate employees than at Rip.
