I have been an Enterprise customer for over 30 years and I have always liked their cars and their service. As I have gotten older I have grown to love this company. They are so welcoming, they always make me feel special, whether with discounts or upgrades, or just knowing my name and having my car waiting for me without a hassle. I have never had any problems with the cars, process, or service with Enterprise, and that’s why I will always go back to them for my car rental needs.

TAKE PICTURES ! This location specifically are scam artist. They rented me a vehicle and ironically upgraded me to a “Nissan Altima sedan because I drive a challenger” but what they failed to mention is the small damage they planned to pin on me..Shortly after returning the vehicle I get a call from JOSEPH BRETTELLE who was very unprofessional. He stated they noticed some damage and he also mentioned the vehicle was rented out twice before me and no damage was reported…Then he insisted I send my pictures first because they can be “manipulated”Thankfully I had pictures showing the damage. 1 star is giving them benefit of the doubt but overall AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST UNLESS YOU WANT ANY FURTHER INCONVENIENCEAlso note: the message from the owner is no good they are fully aware of my situation and did nothing to make it right don’t be fooled by the spam response from owner they have no intentions on making it right .

Waited almost an hour to get our car we had reserved three days prior a Malibu. They switched us to a Mazda 9 that was extremely edgy. reaked of Marijuana, sunvisor was broken, seat was torn. Been renting from Enterprise for over 30 years! Absolutely % the worst rental experience I have ever had.
