My husband and I came on 9/8/19 to have our seating chart printed out for our wedding. The associate that had helped us that day was rushing us as we were telling her the print size we wanted. We were told that our order would be ready in 24 hours. On 9/9/19, Danni helped us when we returned to pick up our seating chart. As soon as she brought out our seating chart, we saw that it had been printed in the wrong size! I was frustrated and upset that the previous associate did not print the chart based on the selections we made. Danni, seeing that we were both visibly upset, right away offered to reprint the chart the way it was ordered with a glossy finish. She said it would be ready in 20 minutes, so we went to Michael’s to buy a frame for it. Our seating chart was ready once we returned. She helped us put the seating chart in the frame and trimmed the edges a little so it would fit perfectly. Once we were ready to pay, Danni gave us a discount for the inconvenience. I really appreciated the time she took to make sure our seating chart came out perfect. Thank you Danni for the excellent customer service!
