First visit to LS and was impressed with their selection to meet many styles from glam to mid-century too farmhouse to contemporary to ultra modern. Very large warehouse/showroom for every room in your house with accessories at reasonable prices. Different size furniture scaled to fit your rooms. Nice upholster selection for custom items at no extra charge with a 6-8 week turn-around time. One year warranties and insurance on upholstered items for up to five years. Sales people were friendly, informative, and yet not pushy.The only thing I didn’t like about LS is that if you place an order, you only have until the end of the same day to cancel it, otherwise you are charged a restocking fee at a percentage for cost of the item.Overall, good experience for the first time being in this store.

Purchased all of this on one trip and set up delivery for the exact day we needed. Super easy process. Lots of stuff isn’t available or on back order so that was a little frustrating but they do have information wait lists!

I kept coming back and fourth to the San Leandro Location and they were all very helpful. After the third time Of coming back I finally purchased my new couch and the process was fairly easy. Every associate was very helpful and warming and I did get us quite a few times if I needed help but it was more so because I am pretty sure that my face looked concerning but it’s Just my thinking face as I was deciphering on which one I wanted. 10 out of 10 would recommend this location
