The man that attended me 1/13/21 at 4:25p.m. was literally on his phone making me wait in line. Then while I was paying he was on his phone too prolonging the transaction. This is very unprofessional. As far as I know he’s not getting paid to be on his phone. There was another costumer behind me too. There are other people who are happy to take his place that need a job that will do their job.

Yhis 711 is small but has everything you may need! Nice to grab a something small or a lot of things. The store is clean and kept tidy. Their staff is friendly and the owners are very nice too.

Dispointed. .i decided to start going to the other 711 near freeway instead. I ordered a coffee at this store and she went too fast and i never put my app in to get the dollar coffee special.i also collect points as well….she refused to redue my order so i can get my points and 1 dollar special for coffee.i was forced to pay full price. I will never go to this 711 again. I will be reporting this to the franchise head quarters. I take my money very seriously and for this company to be careless about me is extremely upsetting.i suggest others not to support a store that runs in this manner.
