My step-dad took our dogs into Banfield vet inside today to get the dogs their rabies shots and nails cut. There was a wait as is expected. The employee he spoke to said it would be about a 2 hour wait. So, he left the dogs with them as it was expected that they would be done by then or at least started. He came back and then they said it would be about 1 more hour or around 7pm. That was around 2pm. The dogs were in their cages for 8 hours and after the dogs got home, it was obvious they were deprived of water. Drank two whole bowl full of water. Never will the dogs go back to them again. I advise all animal parents to go elsewhere and preferably support smaller local businesses. I wouldn’t trust them with a dead animal after how they stressed out and dehydrated my doggies.

WARNING FOR THE GROOMING: Lacks communication skills. Unprofessional. Effort is bare minimum. I have a timid dog for a FIRST TIME GROOMING which I told to the groomer at the front. I explained that I wanted him to get a bath and CUT DOWN bc it’s hot here. She told me everything will get done and she showed me the groomer who will be taking care of my teddy. Came back to pick him up he looked the exact same. When I asked why he still has his thick coat they responded “he’s timid” ……..did I not say that when I got there? I would’ve taken him somewhere else had I been told this when I dropped him off in the first place. Wasted my time and money. trash. Go to an actual groomer. This is a joke
