Pathetic customer serviceI dropped my car at12.30 for flat repair and oil change and they asked me to pickup before 3pm. I called at 2.30 to know the status and they told me it may take few more hours. Although initially I told them I am getting late to reach somewhere. And no courtesy to call me and tell me that they are running behind schedule.Don’t bother to go there and save yourself some time.

I bought a set of wheels from the Tire Rack, who listed this Wheel Works as one of their preferred installers, so the day I received the wheels, I called the store to inquire about bringing in my existing tires and rims and have my existing tires (<6000 miles) installed on my new wheels. I was told no problem and no appointment necessary. Today I took my tires and wheels in (off the car) and was told they could not reinstall my “used” tires on my new wheels. So, I went across the street to America’s Tires who were happy to do the job and they DID a fine job.

I am giving this a 1 for only one reason, the don’t honor their appointments.I took my friends car there for an oil change, which they did perfectly. BUT with an appointment made three days in advance it took them 3 hours to get it done. Seven cars went in and were serviced before they took mine, including three people who came in after me. Why make an appointment if they aren’t going to honor it?
