The veterinarians take the time to explain what’s going on and to discuss the treatment plan. The prices are higher than I would like, but they are comparable to other vet services in the area and sometimes a better price.

We received a same day appointment because my cat had an eye infection. They were efficient, prompt, communicated well with me by phone as I waited in the car due to pandemic protocols. Dr. Smith thoroughly explained everything to me, and the tech who brought Simon out clearly explained how to get the antibiotic ointment into my cat’s eye. The cost was reasonable too. Half of what it would have taken me to take him to a veterinary eye clinic.
