I like shopping at Big lots you never know what you might find but this time they had way too much in the aisles you couldn’t get through because of the furniture was was in your way so that was inconvenience but on the most part I I do like Big lots and they do have sales every once in awhile so I would still go back.

Bought a sectional couch and purchased the warranty. Within a few months there were runs in the fabric on the cushions and a year and a half in there is big split in the seam of one of the cushions. We tried to use the warranty to get it fixed and found out that there were over twenty five kinds of damage that were not covered. There is literally way more things NOT covered than covered. This was not explained when we bought it, they just said if anything happens call us. This is the first couch me and my wife bought together after we got married and we got the warranty so it would last. A year and a half in and we have runs and split seams and nothings covered. All we wanted were a couple new cushions and they refused us. We emailed the store and it was more of the same. Pretty disappointing.
