I spent about 5 mins looking at their outdated and overpriced power tools.

I’ve seen them spend a lot of time with people on tool selection too.

One of the last tool stores. Almost everything anyone could want is in the store. They’ll get it for you if it’s not on hand.

Came into the store, looking for a shim/trim removal. Asked the old dude We don’t have thatI turned went down the first aisle near the door.Trim removal tool. Maybe half way down the aisleBro, COVID is already weakening your sales but not even batting an eye to help your customer during these waning foot traffic?Good luck staying open, not coming back here and frankly the wrong tool equipment store closed in hayward.

I went in looking to add power tools to my collection. I try to support small business owners and I believe that this is a privately owned small business.I spent about 5 mins looking at their outdated and overpriced power tools. Then a older man said from across the room “what are you looking for?”. I said that I wasn’t sure yet. Then he became very rude and told me that I am not allowed to browse the store. The 2 other employees that were around didn’t even look up, leading me to believe that this was a regular occurrence and that this man (manager?/owner?) did this often to many customers.I’ll never return to this store, even if I am desperate for a tool.I myself am a small business owner and I can’t imagine what would go on in someone’s head to speak to a customer this way.
