So the market and the people who work there (including security) are all great. However, I got my car broken into and my belonging stolen in broad daylight. The sec guard on duty that day said that another car was broken into the day before in THE SAME SPOT. so be careful here (and everywhere else in SF). There should be an extra guard patrolling the parking lot to ensure peoples cars don’t get broken into. Otherwise, great place. Oh, and you can buy flowers here. If you like flowers

My favorite Safeway in San Francisco. It has an early open deli (8 am on Sunday) and a wide variety of classic meats, breads and cheese along with a selection of organics. Reasonably priced. Beautiful location.
