Poor Customer Service.On Black Friday, I found a piece of Outerwear clothing that was marked down about 55%. I love Travis Mathew product and was super excited to score such a great deal. Since I’m unfamiliar with this particular style, I used their size calculator to determine the right size. It asks you questions about your body type, height, weight, etc, then recommends the proper size. So it put me in a Large…which, based on other clothes I’ve purchased from Travis, seemed right. I recieved the item and it was too big. No big deal, right!? Just return and exchange for the proper size for the same price, just like most retailers are offering to ensure customer satisfaction….quite the contrary. Not only will they not offer to exchange the product for the right size for the same price, they even make you pay for the cost of shipping to the return the product. Atleast that’s their intention. If you call and complain, they will waive the $5.99 return shipping fee. I mean, c’mon guys, pretty cheap play. Maybe I’m ignorant, or naive…regardless, it’s my experience and it’s a bad one. You either lose a few dollars on the exchange, or lose every potential future dollar earned through customer loyalty.
