Essential Punisher
I tried to drop off my phone to get it fixed. The girl at the Geek Squad only seemed interested in telling me what they CAN’T do for me. This is not what I was sold when I bought the phone at Best Buy. I tried to explain the problem but she would not listen and wouldn’t let me finish a sentence, so I walked out. Pretty disappointing to get such poor service considering I bought two phones and insurance.

Very unprofessional wokers, waist of my time. I made an appointment to have my 80 inch TV to be installed and made sure everything was included with the installation because I’m not good with technology. For the 2nd time they failed to show up on time with the appointment time schedule they gave me. Not only do they not show up but they fail to notify me to let me know they canceled my order. For the amount of money I pay to insure my TV is installed on time they fail to do there job. If I can do zero stars I would. Dont bother hiring them to do it just take your business else where because they are very unprofessional and unreliable
