I placed an order for my dad and paid extra to have the delivery done on Saturday. Saturday came and I checked the status of the order and it said pending so I called the Claremont store which was who the order was given to and they said they knew nothing about it. I called the corporate number and the guy assured me the order would be there by 6 pm and it never showed up! The following day I called corporate again and another gentleman told me it never even shipped because it still says pending but they already charged the card! Who charges the card if the order never went through. Now I can play the waiting game to see if they actually refund and my fathers flowers and chocolate covered strawberries never arrived for Mother’s Day! If you can’t fulfill the orders – DON’T CHARGE THE CARD!!! I should have read the awful reviews prior to setting this up. Too bad my father didn’t have a backup plan because this company is NOT dependable.

Don’t believe their 7 minute guarantee. I’ve made the mistake of coming here to get chocolate dipped strawberries twice now under the (very false) assumption that they would honor their online guarantee of 7 minutes to prepare an order. I’m currently sitting in the store and I’m told it will take 30 to 45 minutes.

The same exact thing happened to me on April 3rd.. ordered was placed for my inlaws anniversary and never made it there…. now its May 21 and I’m still trying to get my refund. 180+…
