Customer Service has been unreliable at this new location. I think this has made things difficult with getting a person on the phone. At first they had a wonderful young woman who use to work at the San Marco’s location. (After a few months she was gone.) It seems that this position is constantly revolving. Last week they were training John who is in management and wonderful on the floor and at working at the front registers. I asked him if he was switching to the pharmacy and he said no he was just being trained as a backup. Maybe they need a permanent person there.

Awesome experience during the early days of COVID19. Was out of my heart meds and didn’t want to walk in the big W pharmacy. Went to the drive up in Bressi Ranch where a nice young lady helped get my prescriptions moved over. Told me to give them a couple of hours and to come back later in the day, an hour later she called me and said to swing by and pick up my prescription anytime. When I picked up my prescription she was again very helpful and cheerful, but I was sad to find out she was moving on to another CVS nearby.
