I was shopping at the 99 cent store off Garden grove andMagnolia which is my main base 99 cent store I always shop at. Unfortunately,I will no longer shop at this location as I was publicly humiliated as myboyfriend was being discriminated against and singled out in-front of thewhole entire store by one of your managers, Jesus Herrera.Jesus Herrera, approached us as we were looking at one last item beforechecking out but before doing so he kept following and looking at myboyfriend making us feel very unwanted and uncomfortable to shop at this local store we always come to.Finally after the long awkward stare downs he approaches us very rudely witha cart and states, You have to put your items in a cart it store policywhen in fact almost everyone in the store did not have a cart and the sign hewas referencing to states, Please DO NOT place products into your reusable bags before checking out Once I started to record he said , he has nothing to sayAfter this incident, I told him he is profiling my boyfriend due to histattoo and I feel very uncomfortable so I headed to check out and he refusedservice to me. I also called the police as I felt threaten due to hisinjustice as many others in the store felt I was being treated unfairly .I know my laws and my rights he does have the rights to do so but JesusHerrera ruined the 99 cent store culture for me cause I have never had such a horrible experience in which I experienced today.I always feel its pointless to right a review but I wanted to voice how Ifelt cause this was beyond unprofessional and he clearly wasn’t trainedcorrectly.I hope something gets done before something like this takes place again as its not a good look on the company front .Below I attached photos of how many customers had more items than I and wasn’t approached one time for their well his cart policy. In one of the photos his own employee was confused to why he was refusing service.Thank you,LanaMae Delay

Store #372 is well stocked, friendly and clean! Karen, the manager on duty while I was there was so nice!! I highly recommend this store and will visit again when I am in the area.
