This place is usually pretty busy. Drinks range from $4-$6 and they have a fair selection of pastries. Seating is modern and brightly lit. Usually a good amount of people working in the cafe or on work calls. Wait times are what you would expect from Blue Bottle, a little longer than your average chain cafe. But it’s worth the extra wait, the quality of coffee and beverages is much higher. Parking can be challenging, there are both street spots and garage spots within walking distance. Navigating the inside of the cafe with a stroller can be tight.

Nice place to sit and have a coffee inside or outside. Pretty area in Oakland. Been there twice. Iced coffee is great. Daily brew is okay. I enjoy watching the employees make the coffee. They have it set up to see the process of the coffee being made. This is a picture of the summer brew in the cute cup.
