Great service, product, warranty n reasonable price. My family has a long history buying their product, range hood fans n are very satisfied. Their closest competitor is very haughty n short with customers while their prices are higher. After one experience, never again! Due to ongoing racial tensions n crime against Asians, call first n they will let you in especially since the neighborhood can be sketchy. So high praises n recommendation for this store n it’s products.

Installer Jeffery was on time and installed the duck work and hood very efficient. I would recommend pacific kitchen life Oakland to my friends and family member.

I was told to pay $80 to have someone come over to my house to see what model of range hood will fit in my kitchen. I waited for 3 weeks for the appointment. When the guy arrived, all he told me is that I need to find a contractor to do the installation. Why can’t they tell me in the beginning that they don’t do the installation? So I have to spend $80 just to have them tell me that!
