I ordered two deconstructed chairs and the matching couch from The Alley Exchange and I am delighted with the quality of materials, but more so, the customer service. I received email updates every step along the way. The couch didn’t arrive at the same time as the chairs, but Patrick communicated and let me know when to expect my furniture. Usually I have to place phone calls and emails to find out where things are in the process, but The Alley Exchange was ahead of the ball. I will be using them again… and again 🙂
