We were having trouble with my wife’s phone (which is a Sprint phone). We went to 4 other stores but they all referred us to this place. The problem was it was too late in the evening and they were about to close. We came back today and and was greeted promptly. Angel was our rep and he had patience and did what he could, the phone is 4 years old. Seemed to have worked

The store was clean. The staff was semi helpful. What really through me off was stepping into such a loud environment! I could not carry a conversation with my daughter due to the LOUD music. When you are serving customers you should be able to carry mutual conversation.. I felt like I walked into a LOUD Raggaeton club. Professionalism is very poor. Hopefully better next time.
