I couldn’t find these Blue Sapphire Neumel boots anywhere online! I found them in the correct size at the Fashion Valley Location!!! I cannot tel you how pleased I am with my purchase and the Serrvice. Nick was Exceptional! He found the boot I was looking for and did it all with a warm personality. He got me various types to try on and was very patient while I made my decision. He explained to me the benefits of the cleaning kit and the UGG club benefits. I will always come back here for mine amd my family’s UGGs. The store was clean and well organized. The Bags are awesome too! I love the shoestring handle. Great location and great service. The other Girl working was super nice and helpful as well. Thank you Nick! You made my day!
