Great Customer Service!I walked in to the store to look for the bed frame and box spring with a special need, they helped me find the one I need and also provided some alternatives. The store manager was super friendly and patiently explained their products in great details. They were also able to schedule the delivery the same day which is very convenient.The delivery service guys were also super awesome, they called 30 mins before arriving and also came on time. They carefully moved the items and helped with the installation.Highly recommended!

We are very happy with our new couch! Ira helped us put together a custom sectional sofa. We came in and picked out the fabric, and then we could mix and match different arms, cushions, layout, etc. from all the different styles they offered. We gave him the dimensions we wanted, and then he sent it off the Bob the Sofa Builder to be made locally, in the Bay Area.Quality materials, excellent workmanship, the price was reasonable, it fit our specs exactly, and the couch is very comfy! Ira was friendly, pleasant and helpful, and the delivery guys were polite and careful.Highly recommended.
