Ruthy thank you so much for helping me ship out several packages ups right now!!! The entire team was on it, answering multiple calls, helping multiple high walk in volume of consumers. All Ladies were fast, knowledgeable and super supportive! I drove from East Los Angeles to here as I always do because the service is that superb and great! The past 30 years I’ve gone to multiple locations and this is the best place for all my shipping needs. Why go anywhere else. I highly recommend this store in the eastland mall by Sprouts Market. I recieved all my tracking information printed out, it was a painless process thanks to Ruthy shes very nice, she even asked if I needed any other products or services, which reminded me I needed to get packing tape and a unique size box. I came for fingerprinting twice and they weren’t very helpful, the technician apparently just leaves whenever. I made several calls the next day and they consistently didn’t answer. Poor service. If you want fingerprinting, definitely go somewhere else.
