After eating at the beautiful John Steinbeck House, my husband and I saw their gift shop, The Best Cellar, downstairs. It was fortunate that we parked on the side where it’s located (although, we would’t have minded the employees mentioning it). They have so many wonderful articles,thoughtfully chosen, cards to boot! A perfect place to shop for a gift (Christmas, as well). If you haven’t discovered this treasure, please make a point to stop by. Very convenient on Central.
