We were just a week ago. We wanted to buy some New Balance shoes. They are one of the only places around who carry them – usually at really good prices. They didn’t have in our sizes. We would have to order them through the Kiosk. We couldn’t try them on first to make sure they were the right size in the styles that were available. Their return policy was a bit troublesome, so we ended up not buying them from there. We ordered them online through Amazon. It’s too bad. We wanted 3 pairs. They said that they were limited what they could carry because of Covid. We understood, but we needed good fitting shoes

A little busy, but the line moves quickly. We waited no more than 10 minutes. I only had an issue finding sizes from the junior section, but most likely because of the holiday season. Overall great service.

I love Kohl’s. Lines were quick this morning. I needed to exchange a pair of shoes for my son. None in his size on the shelf. The girl at the register called it in and someone in shoes brought them to me at the register! Team work, makes the dream work. Thank you all for going the extra mile. Of course I still had to go to the Returns dept to swap them out, but it was quick and easy, so no complaints from me
