Relocated to a new strip mall along Monterey highway. If crowds are what I typically have seen at the old location, then not sure how this layout will be able to accommodate. We’ll soon see.Folks are courteous (except for the greeter, who tells me I’m lucky the wait is less than an hour), but service is no faster. It’s all about staffing. On this visit, I see plenty of people standing around, but not much customer assistance going on.And WiFi service within the store is terrible.We definitely need more competition in the cable business in this area.

1 hour wait just to return equipment. I waited in a line out the door, and found the store was packed when I finally got inside. The person at the desk did not inform us how long the wait would be. I found out from another customer who was upset she had been waiting for over 45 minutes just to return her cable box – the same wait as all the other services. So I insisted on rummaging through the bin of cable boxes myself, found my serial number and left bc I did not have time for that mess.
