I had a bad experience today, 2/13/21. There was a girl with no name tag working there. She was trying to charge us 2.48 for printing a label for a return that was prepaid already. She said that if we had a QR code, she could print it for free. So we got the QR code. However, she had a bad attitude and seemed unhappy to be working. While waiting to be helped, I overheard her speaking to a customer by telephone, and interacting with a FedEx truck driver. She protested the same bad attitude and lack of customer service skills with those people as well. She needs to be trained to be friendly and respectful, or she should look for a different job if she cannot handle customer service. I understand dealing with customers is difficult at times. However, it’s not their fault you’re in a bad mood, and you are getting paid to do a good job. I go there because it’s close to my home, but I will try to go to a different location next time.

I used to love this place but not anymore. Sent a cricut machine fully insured, they broke it and refused to pay for it. I had pictures of the damage.. still refused. They gave me a military discount for THREE YEARS and now look me straight in the face and tell me that they never did and won’t. Finally, they broke yet another box to my daughter with a vintage item in it which she just received today. I’m done with ups all together. They don’t honor their insurance and certainly don’t give a rats a** about their customers shipments.
