This was my first time in this store. I was looking for a very specific type of bra and wasn’t positive on my size. Penny was soooooo patient with me and extremely helpful. I’m very impressed with the quality of the bras too! I had never entered the store before because I thought it was more for “older ladies”, but they actually have some cute and comfortable stuff!

I really love the quality of Soma Intimates!My winter robe is the best I’ve ever found even at Nordstrom’s top end. My lightweight pajamas don’t twist or turn and breathe perfectly and still look awesome after a year. My cozy winter pajamas are perfectly sized and a terrific fabric that stretches and breathes. But most of all I love the customer service, both in the store for personal fittings, and also to order by mail, with their easy fast and no-questions-asked return policy.
