Very unprofessional staff. Lady turned us away in a very rudely way after 30 min wait in line at 6:30 which was 30 min before closing. She told me and the other people in line that she cant help us because her clients were inside and she was by her self. Other two guys where clearly flirting with her. She closed the store with those 2 guys 15 min before the original closing time. I saw it happen from ysl. The store clearly needs a new management for potential buyers, not some flirting guys. Im sorry im being real here. That was the vibe. So unless ure a dude i think u can get in the store without any problem. Good luck. I couldn’t get what i needed for my vacation. She is not fit as a sales person. Can salesmen stop acting like we are buying from them. After all we are paying to get thing from the store, designers. Stop acting like shoppers are borrowing your thing or buying your item!! U are a salesman. Get trained!

I purchased some shoes today. I payed for them and left the total with tax came up to 1094. I payed and left. After I left I was called and told to come back because the sales person made a mistake and scanned the wrong box. He told me he would get in trouble if I didn’t come back . me me being nice and not wanting the worker to get in trouble I go back and bring the box he told me the prices were the same. Once I got back he told me I needed to pay $80 more. I had to drive back to the store wasting my time and gas . for his mistake. I got upset and got a refund due to there mistake
