I haven’t been to the store, but order from Crate and Barrel online. I usually LOVE their products, but their online customer service is terrible; you can’t reach anyone in case you have to return anything, and their shipping is soooo slow.If it wasn’t for this, I would give them a five star rating.

Terrible experience. They sold us a returned garbage can with a dent in it. Once we opened it (as a Christmas gift) we saw the dent right away, and also the original buyers receipt. They didn’t tell us it was returned and we paid full price.The store clerk was also unhelpful when we were asking for recommendations on cook ware. She seemed annoyed we didn’t know what we wanted.Overall would have thought Crate and Barrel would deliver a much better experience for the price. Will choose a different store next time.
