This is the worst pharmacy staff I’ve ever had, the pharmacy techs are rude they put you on hold forever and put you on hold again and again. The pharmacist is great it’s the staff that are NOT for the customer. I would not mind if I’m buying an item but this is pills I need for blood pressure to function. Im changing this pharmacy TODAY. Stay away from this place people.

Worst customer service ever!! Staff is extremely rude in the pharmacy, they make you wait hours for a script when you are a waiter as opposed to picking up later, and are extra rudeabout it!! I wish I didn’t have to drive from the Northeast side all the way to the southwest side of Bako, just to fill a script. Walgreens pharmacy needs to do a personnel overhaul in the pharmacy. Or start writing people up for mistreating the customers.I’ve time one girl event refused to serve me because I questioned her about the extended wait time. She literally ignored me and the pharmacist had to come help me himself. All he did was shrug his shoulders about her behavior.
