Can be busy at time but love going shopping here. I love the stores with curb side pick up. I can get my books, treats, and shop for clothing all in one convenient spot. Also whole foods and Costco are there so grocery shopping also checked off the list. I like the convenience of Kohl’s accepting Amazon returns. While at Bella Terra I love to shop Barnes and Noble and of course Island’s is one of my favorite restaurants. My bank is conveniently there and across the street is Michael’s!! Win, win for me! Parking and traffic is sometimes a challenge would be the only thing. Love this place. I remember having visited this place before it was called Bella Terra and the anchor store here was Barnes & Nobles. So long ago it seems. It’s fun to walk around, chill by the fountain shop at Whole Foods and Costco. Lots of parking, easy to enter or exits with many options. It’s very convenient and also many food options. I love this place!

Finally found a great dairy alternative latte. I really liked the Horchata Cold Brew Oat Latte. Great tasting cinnamon sugar and creamy oat milk. My new fave latte. Hopefully, it’s not a temporary drink. Thanks Peets for an amazing birthday treat. I just really wish there was one closer. Need a Peets in the west Orange/Garden Grove/Anaheim area.
